Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Owner to confirm (“we”, “us”), which runs ELITE-X TANZANIA at https://master8-001-site1.ftempurl.com (the “service”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

The service offers paid learning programs (“courses”) and WhatsApp group access for active subscribers. Each course has a price and an access period set on its page. Payment is made by manual mobile money transfer to the number shown on the site, and an administrator checks each payment before a subscription starts. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to tell you about changes that affect a paid course you hold.

3. Accounts

You need an account to enrol, pay and join a course group. You must give accurate, current and complete information when you register and keep it up to date. You must keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to follow the laws that apply to you, to respect other members, to give accurate payment details, and to use the service only as these terms allow. Do not share a WhatsApp group invitation link with people who do not hold an active subscription. Sharing it can end your access without a refund.

5. Intellectual property

The course materials, site design, text, logos and software on the service belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use course materials for your own learning while your subscription is active. You may not copy, sell, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission. You keep the rights to content you submit, such as your payment screenshot, and you give us the licence we need to store and review it for your payment and support requests.

6. Subscriptions and billing

The price of each course is shown on its page in Tanzanian shillings (TZS). The price you pay is the price shown when you enrol. A subscription starts when an administrator approves your payment and runs for the access period shown on the course page. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; to continue, you submit a new payment. If you renew before the current period ends, the new period starts when the current one ends. You are responsible for any mobile money fees charged by your provider.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Because subscriptions do not renew automatically, you do not need to cancel to stop using a course: access ends when the period ends. Refund eligibility, time limits and processing are set out in the Refund and Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Prohibited activities

You must not use the service to break any law; gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems; interfere with the service; send malicious code; harass or harm others; impersonate someone; submit a false payment or a screenshot you did not create; scrape or extract data without permission; reverse engineer the software; bypass security controls; or use automated tools to access the service without written permission.

9. Third-party links

The service may link to other websites or to WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. WhatsApp controls group membership on its own platform.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that a course will meet your personal goals. Course content is educational material and not professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit or data arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

12. Ending your access

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you break these terms, commit fraud or misuse the service, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the service at any time. Ending an account does not remove records we must keep, such as payment records required by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute. If it is not resolved, the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction. Owner to confirm the forum and any arbitration clause with legal counsel before relying on this section.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will tell registered users by email or in the app and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the change date means you accept the updated terms.
