Our mission
ELITE-X Tanzania offers structured paid learning programs. Each payment is checked by an administrator before access is given, so students and the business both have a record of what was paid and for which period.
The problem we address
Paying for a course by mobile money leaves students with a receipt and no clear record of what the payment covered, and sellers with no simple way to check it. Access to a private group is hard to control once it has been shared.
How we work
- Each payment is recorded with the amount from the course at the time, the name used to pay and the screenshot you submitted.
- An administrator approves or rejects each payment. Rejections include a reason and you can resubmit.
- Subscriptions have a start and an end date. They do not renew automatically.
- WhatsApp group access is checked against an active subscription each time the link is requested.
- Administrator decisions are logged in an audit trail.
